Acne is the most common skin problem that occurs mainly in puberty. Unfortunately, the bad thing is that it can appear later in later life. So you can save it during your teenage years, but the risk is even under the age of 30. The good news is that it does not hide serious dangers and the worst it can cause is scarring. Is there a way to prevent or deal with acne? Of course, there is! For all, there is a solution, as long as you pay due attention and importance.
A pimple starts to come out when the pores of the skin become clogged with a type of fat called sebum, which in normal conditions lubricates the skin and hair. Acne is common during puberty, when hormones get out of control, causing the skin to produce excess sebum. Since many of the sebum-producing glands are found on the forehead, nose, and chin, this area - the T zone - is where most grains come from.

Acne is common during puberty, when hormones get out of control, causing the skin to produce excess sebum. Since many of the sebum-producing glands are found on the forehead, nose, and chin, this area - the T zone - is where most grains come from.
Causes:
Human skin has pores associated with the oil glands under the skin. The follicles connect the glands to the pores. The follicles are small sacks that produce and secrete fluid.
The glands produce a greasy fluid called sebum. Sebum transports dead skin cells through the follicles to the surface of the skin. A small hair grows through the pocket outside the skin.
Pimples develop when these follicles are blocked and oil is created under the skin.
The skin cells, sebum, and hair can accumulate in a plug. This plug is infected with bacteria and edema of the results. A pimple starts to develop when the plug starts to break.
Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) is the name of the bacteria that live on the skin and contribute to the infection of the spines.
Research shows that the severity and incidence of acne are dependent on the strain of bacteria. Not all acne bacteria cause pimples. A stem helps keep the skin free from pimples.
Hormonal factors
A number of factors trigger acne, but the main cause is thought to be an increase in androgen levels.
Androgen is a type of hormone whose levels increase when puberty begins. In women, it is converted to estrogen.
Increasing levels of androgens cause the growth of the glands under the skin. The enlarged gland produces more sebum. Excessive sebum can break down the cell walls in the pores, causing bacterial growth.
Other possible activations
Some studies suggest that genetic factors may increase the risk.
Other causes include:
- some drugs containing androgen and lithium
- fatty cosmetics
- hormonal changes
- emotional anxiety
- Menstruation

Super Tip No 6

In some people, acne does grace and does not appear on the face, but on the back or on the shoulders or even on the chest. If you belong to this category, you should pay special attention to the clothes you wear. Your skin has more need than ever to breathe properly and your clothes options will help a lot in it. Loose and loose clothes come first on the list as they do not stick to the skin and do not close the already contaminated pores. For tight clothing, it is advisable to avoid them and especially during the summer, as sweat causes itching and more irritation.
Acne often creates problems with self-confidence. Tackling it is not always an easy task and sometimes treatment takes a long time. However, with persistence and patience can be fought, either by simple means or with the help of a specialist. Treat the problem of acne and do not try to cover it with heavy makeup. Cosmetics simply bake the condition and additionally burden the skin. Do not forget that this is not a rare phenomenon, but a skin disease that affects 3 out of 4 people.

- Wash your face twice a day (no more) with warm water and a mild soap made specifically for people with acne. Massage softly your face making circular movements. Do not rub your face Washing too much and rubbing the skin can irritate it. After cleansing, the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) recommends applying an over-the-counter sale lotion containing benzoyl peroxide.
- Do not break the beans. It is tempting, but here are the reasons why you should not do it: when you burst a pimple, you can push infected material into deeper layers of the skin, causing more inflammation and redness and even injury, which can leave small scars permanent If you get a pimple just before an important event or celebration, such as the end of the year party, it is likely that a dermatologist can treat you with much lower risk of infection and scars.
- Avoid touching your face with your hands or resting it on objects that tend to accumulate sebum and waste from the skin, such as the telephone receiver. By touching your face, you can disperse through it the bacteria that cause the pores to become inflamed and irritated. To keep bacteria at bay, wash your hands thoroughly before applying any product to your faces, such as treatment creams or makeup.
- If you wear prescription and/or sunglasses, be sure to clean them often to prevent grease from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.
- If you have acne in another part of the body, avoid wearing tight clothes, which do not allow the skin to breathe and can cause irritation. Scarves, bandages, hair bands and hats also tend to accumulate grease and dirt.
- Makeup before going to bed at night. When you buy makeup, choose those products on whose label or wrapper they are "non-comedogenic" or "non-acnegenic". Pull the old makeup that smells or looks different than when you bought it.
- Keep your hair clean and avoid getting in contact with your face so that the grease and dirt that it contains do not block your skin pores even more.
- Protect your skin from the sun It may seem that the tan conceals acne, but it is only temporary. Tanning can make acne worse, instead of improving it. The sun also causes skin lesions that, in the long run, favor the appearance of wrinkles and increase the risk of developing skin cancer.
